Online Dovetail Slide Modeling Capability

SETCO offers 3-D modeling capabilities for ALL standard dovetails slides: DS, TS, HTS, and M series dovetail slides. On-line modeling allows you to configure your slide and visualize the product before you order. And once your model is complete, you can download the configuration for fit-and form in popular 3-D or 2-D formats for detailing to the application.

DS Series

DS Series precision dovetail slides are offered in three models; Express, Select and Super Select.

DS Express

DS Express slides are offered in standard basic (no hand feed) and hand feed catalog models in 4, 6, 8 10 and 12" slide widths and in a variety of standard models. As standard catalog products, these slides usually ship in 2-4 weeks.

DS Select

DS Select slides are available with saddle widths up to 16" and with custom base and saddle lengths up to 64". As a semi-custom configuration, these slides are offered with optional drive styles and accessories and usually ship in 3-4 weeks.

DS Super Select

DS Super Select slides have everything you want in a custom slide. They are offered in saddle widths up to 16" and with base and saddle lengths up to 96". They are engineered around a standard building block design that allows for complete customization to meet custom requirements while offering the benefit of reduced lead time and lower cost provided by the standardized modular design.

TS Series

TS Series Tooling and Utility Dovetail Slides are offered in 2, 3, 4 and 6" saddle widths. They are also offered in heavy-duty models (HTS) in 4, 6 and 8" widths and feature a thicker base, saddle and dovetail cross section for enhanced strength, stability and durability. TS and HTS Series feature cast iron construction, extended saddle for increased reach and adjustable straight gib for custom fit. TS slides are offered in four models:

• Basic (manual positioning)
• Hand Feed
• Compound Hand Feed
• Vertical Angle Plate with Hand Feed
• Return Spring

M Series

M Series slides are offered in 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10" saddle widths. As standard, they feature manual hand feed and are offered as single axis, compound axis and vertical axis mounted configurations. As standard options, M-series slides can be configured with:

• Manual Saddle locks
• Crank Handle (Replacing Std. Positioning Hand Wheel)
• Right Angle Hand Feed Gearbox
• Way Wipers
• Accordion Way Covers.
